This children’s hospice is well established and already had impressive gardens, including a superb Narnia garden. However, new accommodation has been added to the rear of the hospice in an area which was at the time unused and relatively unkempt. This area, which backs onto the Hospices Tranquil area, has now been made into an attractive garden zone with a superb water feature for older children and adults.
A local designer/contractor, St. John’s Nursery & Landscape Centre, was selected both for the inherent merits of their proposal and because their design integrated well around the new Garden Room.
